    Dr. Saundra Schrock brings a unique and far-reaching perspective to the topics of mindfulness, personal development, and well-being. For over 30 years, Saundra held various executive positions within the financial services industry and credits the tenets of mindfulness as keys to her success.

    Saundra holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.

    Jeff Schrock has more than 30 years as an entrepreneur in the real estate industry. Today, as the co-founder and COO of Levelhead, he plays a vital role in helping the team embrace the ambiguity and commitment necessary to bring a new concept to market.
